产业内水平分工能够提高岗位设置精细化,优化加工制造部门与专业科研部门之间要素组合。以阿西姆格鲁垂直一体化和技术模型为基础,利用全国7次投入产出调查动态行业面板数据进行实证分析。研究结果表明,加工制造部门前向水平分工,依靠购买专业科研部门技术创新要素,增加物质要素和创新要素数量,但加工制造部门自主创新能力受到削弱;加工制造部门后向水平分工,将会加大独立研发力度,依靠自身力量开展技术创新活动,实现产学研一体化。
The division of labor within the industry can improve the refinement of job positions and optimize the combination of factors between the processing and manufacturing departments and professional scientific research departments. Based on the vertical integration and technical model of Asimgelu, the paper uses seven national input-output surveys to investigate the dynamic industry panel data for empirical analysis. The results of the study indicate that the processing and manufacturing sector has a forward division of labor and relies on the purchase of technical innovation elements of specialized scientific research departments to increase the number of physical elements and innovative factors, but the ability of independent innovation of the processing and manufacturing sector is weakened; the backward division of the processing and manufacturing sector will increase the Great independent research and development efforts, relying on their own strength to carry out technological innovation activities, realize the integration of production, study and research.
