“一切为了学生,为了每一位学生的发展”是新课程的教学理念,可是在新课改取得让人欣喜的成绩的同时,一些与新课程理念“貌合神离”的现象也随之出现了。如新课标提倡合作学习,可是很多教师把它作为展现课堂的工具,滥用合作学习。又如,新课标要求教师的教学评价要体现鼓励性,教师们在学生回答问题后,一概以“很好!真棒!”进行笼统评价。还有些教师不因地制宜,刻意追求现代化教学手段。这样教学有效吗?在课堂教学中设计关键的提问,把合作学习落到实处,因地制宜地运用现代化教学手段等才能提高小学语文课堂教学的实效性。
