随着新经济时代的到来,企业对员工的管理不应限于行为的管理,而应上升到思想的管理,即文化管理或企业文化。通过对企业文化的塑造与变革,为企业营造一个更加良好的企业氛围,进一步充分发挥企业员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,不断增强企业的竞争能力,使企业取得更好的经济效益和社会效益。本文通过对企业文化的认识、特征及作用,分析了我国企业文化的现状和常见的几种缺陷,提出了对我国企业文化塑造与变革的新思考。
With the arrival of the new economic era, the management of employees in enterprises should not be limited to the management of behaviors, but should rise to the management of ideas, namely, cultural management or corporate culture. Through the creation and reform of corporate culture, it will create a more favorable corporate climate for enterprises, give full play to the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of employees and continuously enhance the competitiveness of enterprises so that enterprises can obtain better economic and social benefits . Based on the cognition, characteristics and functions of the corporate culture, this article analyzes the present situation and common defects of the corporate culture in our country, and puts forward a new consideration of shaping and reforming our corporate culture.
