目的探讨早期医学营养治疗对妊娠期高血压疾病的效果。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月在抚州市第一人民医院产科营养门诊就诊的100例孕妇,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。两组孕妇均实行常规的孕期保健,研究组给予个体化的早期医学营养干预;对照组给予常规饮食护理。两组干预前进行营养评估,随访至产后6周,观察其妊娠期高血压疾病发生情况、住院天数及早产儿发生率。结果研究组妊娠期高血压疾病发生率、住院天数和早产儿发生率[4.0%、(5.5±1.3)d、4.0%]明显少于对照组[18.0%、(9.3±1.5)d、18.0%],(P<0.05)。结论对孕妇早期合理进行个体化的医学营养治疗,有利于降低孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病的发病率。
Objective To explore the effect of early medical nutrition therapy on hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods From January 2013 to January 2014, 100 pregnant women attending Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic in Fuzhou First People’s Hospital were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The two groups of pregnant women were practiced conventional pregnancy health, the study group to give individualized early medical nutrition intervention; control group given routine diet care. Nutritional assessment of the two groups before intervention, followed up to 6 weeks postpartum, observe the incidence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, hospitalization days and the incidence of premature children. Results The incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension, hospital stay and preterm infants in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (4.0%, 5.5 ± 1.3, 4.0%, 18.0%, 9.3 ± 1.5, 18.0% ], (P <0.05). Conclusion It is beneficial to reduce the incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension in pregnant women in the early rationalization of personalized medical nutrition therapy.
