手术室安全管理的范围较广,内容亦多,现就工作中易忽视的方面分述如下:1 无菌物品的管理 对于所有的无菌物品必须标签清晰,注明失效期,并按有效期限先后使用。无菌物品与非无菌物品必须分室存放,设专人定期检查失效期,发现物品过期立即重新灭菌。2 药品的管理 内用药与外用药应分柜放置,各种药品标签醒目,术间普通药品定位定量,剧毒药品专人保管,柜内上锁。对于浸泡物品的戊二醛溶液及时添加、过滤,并定期测试浓度;对于碘伏及洗消净消毒液,应现用现配。
