Cooking is production, eating is consumption, health is the goal. Health throughout the diet production and consumption has always been the highest goal of cooking and eating. Therefore, in our daily life, we should make reasonable arrangements for the diet, pay attention to cooking hygiene, and cook properly to prevent the loss of nutrients. Modern nutrition divides nutrients in foods into six major categories: proteins, sugars, fats, vitamins, inorganic salts and water. The role of various nutrients on the human body is different.
