采用选择性腰骶脊神经后根切断术治疗小儿下肢痉挛性脑瘫132例,术后随访(6～28个月,平均11个月)95例。痉挛解除优良率95.8％,功能改善优良率82.1％。文中论述了手术技术和术后处理要点。并讨论了影响手术疗效的因素。
A total of 132 cases of pediatric spastic cerebral palsy were treated with selective lumbosacral nerve root posterior rhizotomy. 95 cases were followed up (6 to 28 months, mean 11 months) after operation. Spasm release rate of 95.8%, function improvement rate of 82.1%. This article discusses the surgical techniques and postoperative treatment points. And discussed the factors that affect the efficacy of surgery.
