绩效考核是实现我国事业单位人力资源有效管理的重要保障性措施,是提升事业单位工作效率的重要手段。随着我国社会事业的快速发展,对事业单位的绩效考核标准与考核方式也提出了更高的要求。本文主要从事业单位绩效考核的必要性、主要特点和发展策略入手,谈如何更好地构建事业单位绩效考核管理体系,从而更好地发挥出绩效考核作用。
Performance appraisal is an important safeguard measure to realize the effective management of human resources in public institutions in our country and is an important means to enhance the work efficiency of public institutions. With the rapid development of social undertakings in our country, the performance appraisal standards and assessment methods of institutions have also put forward higher requirements. This article mainly from the necessity of the performance appraisal of the units, the main features and development strategies to start, talk about how to better build the performance appraisal management system of institutions, so as to better play a role in performance appraisal.
