在深入开展素质教育规范办学的形势下,提高教学质量仍然是每所学校始终应该坚守的中心任务。因而在教学任务不变,学生在校时间相对减少的情况下,提高课堂教学质量既是学校对教师提出的紧迫要求,也每位教师紧要的任务,这就要求历史教师构建出高效的教学课堂。首先,作为历史教师要明白什么是高效课堂?毫无疑问,高效课堂是针对学生而言的,是指学生在哪些方面达到了怎样的“学习要求”。所谓的“学习要求”在《课程标准教学要求》(历史)里有明确表述:“‘学习要求’主要是提出学生要达成的目标,揭示老师要完成的教学任务。

Therefore, under the condition of unchanged teaching tasks and relative reduction of students' school hours, improving the quality of classroom teaching is not only an urgent requirement for teachers but also an urgent task for every teacher in schools, which requires teachers to construct efficient classrooms. First of all, as a history teacher, to understand what is an efficient classroom? There is no doubt that Efficient Classroom is for students and refers to what kind of ”learning requirements“ a student has achieved. The so-called ”learning requirements “ in the ”curriculum standard teaching requirements“ (history) clearly stated: ”“ learning requirements ”is mainly put forward the students to achieve the goal, to reveal the teacher to complete the teaching task.
