To investigate the effects of ultrasound on cochlear hair cells in guinea pigs, the cochlear cells were exposed to 2.5MHz, 8MHz unfocused ultrasound (NFU) for 3h and 6h, respectively. Cochlear histology and enzymatic histochemistry were observed after 30min . It was found that in the 6h group, the activity of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) in the hair cells of the cochlea was significantly higher in the segments of 0.87 ± 0.20mm at the beginning of the second week and 0.80 ± 0.20mm of the basal week Lower, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity increased. Tip: 2.5MHz, 8MHzNFU irradiated guinea pigs up to a certain dose of cochlear can cause different parts of cochlear hair cells aerobic metabolism changes.
