随着教育改革的日益深入,在学校体育领域对体育教师提出了新的要求,新形势下高校体育教育专业学生教学实践专业化发展程度制约着学校体育的未来发展,教学技能涵盖了教学设计能力、课堂教学实践、课后辅导、教学评价以及教学科研等方面。通过对高校体育教育专业学生教学技能的现实探究,探索其发展趋向,思考问题成因,显现出诸多困厄,进而成为未来中小学体育教师职业发展的短板。研究着重从体育教学内容、方式、组织形式、评价标准等方面进行创新优化,以期实现教学技能的有效提升,在适应时代发展的过程中实现新的突破。
With the deepening of education reform, physical education teachers put forward new requirements in the field of school physical education. Under the new situation, the professional development of physical education major in colleges and universities restricts the future development of school physical education. The teaching skills cover the teaching design ability , Classroom teaching practice, after-school counseling, teaching evaluation and teaching and research and so on. Through exploring the reality of the teaching skills of physical education majors in colleges and universities, exploring their development trend, thinking about the cause of the problems, showing a lot of distress and then becoming the short board of the future development of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools. The research focuses on innovations and innovations in PE teaching content, methods, organizational forms and evaluation criteria in order to achieve effective improvement of teaching skills and achieve new breakthroughs in adapting to the development of the times.
