目的通过职业病危害预评价,识别某多品种环氧树脂装置生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素,确定职业病危害的类别,对可能发生危害健康的主要环节提出相应的对策与建议,确保工程项目符合职业卫生要求。方法预评价采用类比法、经验法和检查表法进行。结果生产过程中可能接触到的主要职业病危害因素有环氧氯丙烷、双酚A、甲苯、丙酮、氢氧化钠、粉尘及噪声等,属职业病危害一般的建设项目。该项目生产工艺及设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病危害防护设施、应急救援措施、辅助卫生用室等符合有关规定,但总体布局不甚合理。结论通过职业卫生的定性和定量分析,确认该建设项目的职业病危害预防控制措施是可行的。
Objective To identify the main occupational hazards that may occur during the production of a multi-species epoxy resin plant through the pre-evaluation of occupational hazards and determine the types of occupational hazards, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the major links that may endanger the health, so as to ensure that the project In line with occupational health requirements. The method of pre-evaluation using analogy, experience and checklist method. Results The main occupational hazards that may come into contact with the production process are epichlorohydrin, bisphenol A, toluene, acetone, sodium hydroxide, dust and noise, which are common occupational hazards. The project’s production technology and equipment layout, building hygiene, occupational hazards protection facilities, emergency rescue measures and auxiliary health rooms meet the relevant provisions, but the overall layout is not reasonable. Conclusion Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of occupational health, it is feasible to confirm the occupational hazard prevention and control measures of this project.
