大鼠脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射α受体阻断剂酚妥拉明可引起血压降低和心率减慢,并可减弱延髓腹侧面头端应用毒扁豆碱引起的升压反应和增心率反应。α_1受体阻断剂苯苄胺有类似作用,而α_2受体阻断剂育亨宾和β受体阻断剂心得安无明显效应。用5-羟色胺合成抑制剂对氯苯丙氨酸预处理对毒扁豆碱的心血管效应也无明显影响。提示脊髓的α_2受体参与心血管活动的紧张性调节并能影响毒扁豆碱所引起的心血管效应,而延髓下行到脊髓的5-羟色胺能神经元通路不参与毒扁豆碱所引起的心血管效应。
Spinal subarachnoid injection of α receptor antagonist phentolamine can cause hypotension and heart rate slowed down, and can reduce the medulla oblongata head side application of physostigmine-induced vasopressor response and heart rate response. α_1 receptor blocker benzene benzyl amine have a similar effect, and α_2 receptor blockers yohimbine and β-blocker propranolol no significant effect. Pretreatment of serotonin with 5-HT synthesis inhibitor had no significant effect on the cardiovascular effects of physostigmine. Suggesting that the spinal cord α 2 receptor involved in the regulation of cardiovascular activity and can affect the cardiovascular effects of physostigmine, and medulla oblongata down to the spinal cord serotonergic neuronal pathways do not participate in physostigmine induced cardiovascular effect.
