内源性硫化氢(H_2S)是继一氧化氮和一氧化碳之后发现的第三种气体信号分子,与胱硫醚-γ-裂解酶(CSE)作为一个整体在高血压调节中发挥着重要的作用.它通过直接作用于K_(ATP)通道、减少细胞外Ca~(2+)的内流及促进内皮细胞释放内皮超极化因子、与一氧化氮协同作用等方式来舒张血管平滑肌,改善血管舒张功能;同时,还可抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖,促进其凋亡,改善血管重构.因此,深入研究H_2S/CSE体系在高血压调节中的作用,具有重要的理论和临床意义.
