五、委内瑞拉在拉美各国中,委内瑞拉的经销方式较为灵活多样,当地法律对产品的经销并无规定限制或采取管制办法,外商代表,佣金代理商,批发经销商,进口零售商和直销在委内瑞拉均可行得通。当地法律不限制某人只采取一种经营方式,因此经销商/代理商同时也可成为批发商或进口经销商,批发商往往也是零售商。进口商不须向政府领取进口许可证,许多零售商可自行进口,偶而通过佣金代理商下订单。
