近年来,在我国外语教育问题中,大学外语教育的费时低效问题受到越来越多的外语教育者的关注。但是,大多数外语教育者过去一直都在讨论的是外语学习的内部原因,而外部因素却很少问津。而外语学习者也有这样的感觉,外语学到一定的时候,无论怎样努力提高都不快。本文就从影响外语学习的外部因素进行了分析,强调了语言环境对外语的习得起着重要的作用,通过强化外语习得环境提高学生外语学习和交际能力,使他们增加就业竞争力。同时对构建和实施全外语氛围提出几点建议。 In recent years, in our country’s foreign language education, the problem of time-consuming and inefficient university foreign language education is receiving more and more attention from foreign language educators. However, most foreign language educators have been discussing the internal causes of foreign language learning in the past, while external factors seldom pay attention to them. The foreign language learners also have such a feeling, foreign language learned a certain time, no matter how hard to improve are not happy. This paper analyzes the external factors that affect foreign language learning, emphasizing that language environment plays an important role in the acquisition of foreign languages ​​and enhancing their foreign language learning and interpersonal skills by strengthening their foreign language acquisition environment so as to increase their employment competitiveness. At the same time, I put forward some suggestions on how to construct and implement the whole foreign language atmosphere.
