目的:制定中药材樟脑的质量标准,为中药材樟脑的检验提供依据,保证含中药材樟脑制剂的疗效。方法:用熔点法、旋光度测定法分别检测中药材樟脑的熔点和比旋度;用紫外-可见分光光度法和红外分光光度法进行定性鉴别;用气相色谱法测定樟脑的含量。结果:中药材樟脑的熔点范围为177.0~178.2℃,比旋度范围为+41°~+44°,其2.5mg/mL的乙醇溶液在289nm波长处有最大吸收,吸光度约为0.53。红外光吸收图谱与樟脑的图谱(光谱集535图)一致。其主要成分樟脑在0.2~0.7mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,R~2=0.999 8。结论:本方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可有效控制中药材樟脑的质量。
Objective: To develop the quality standard of Chinese herbal medicine camphor, provide the basis for the test of camphor of traditional Chinese medicine and ensure the curative effect of camphor preparations containing traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The melting point and specific rotation of Chinese herbal medicine Camphor were determined by melting point method and optical rotation method respectively. The UV-visible spectrophotometry and infrared spectrophotometry were used for qualitative identification. The content of camphor was determined by gas chromatography. Results: The melting point range of Chinese camphor was 177.0 ~ 178.2 ℃ and the specific rotation range was + 41 ° ~ + 44 °. The 2.5 mg / mL ethanol solution had the maximum absorption at 289 nm and the absorbance was about 0.53. The infrared absorption spectrum is consistent with that of camphor (spectrum set 535). The main component camphor in the range of 0.2 ~ 0.7mg / mL good linear relationship, R ~ 2 = 0.999 8. Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible, which can effectively control the quality of Chinese herbal medicine camphor.
