在对9ZF-1.0型盘刀式切碎器切碎玉米秸秆(水分含量50%)的试验基础上,本文分析了其功率消耗的组成;求出了各部分功率消耗在不同转速情况下所占的比例;并统计出了各部分功率消耗的回归方程。试验结果表明:切碎器各部分所消耗的功率随着切碎器的转速变化而改变;在以比消耗能为评价指标的前提下,切碎器的转速不宜过高或过低,而应使比消耗能最低为目标,从而使切碎器工作时的经济效益达到最佳。试验分析结果,9ZF-1.0型切碎器在切割玉米秸秆(水分含量50%)时的最佳转速范围为560-640r/min。
