水利水电行业中,由于受到含沙水流的冲磨、气蚀破坏,水电站泄水建筑物的表面存在不同程度的磨损,因此对大坝混凝土表面进行修补越来越受到行业内的重视。本研究通过对传统的环氧树脂抗冲磨修补材料进行增韧改性,研制出一种韧性高、放热少、高强度、抗冲磨性能好的环氧树脂抗冲磨材料,并与传统环氧树脂进行力学性能和抗冲磨性能作比较。同时介绍了环氧树脂的施工工艺,以满足实际工程的需要。
In the water conservancy and hydropower industry, due to the erosion of sandy water flow, cavitation erosion and the different degrees of wear on the surface of the drainage structures of hydropower stations, the repair of the concrete surface of the dam is getting more and more attention in the industry.
