2011-2013年,连续观察了福建地区斑鳜(Siniperca scherzeri)受精卵的胚胎和仔鱼早期发育的全过程,描述了从受精卵到晚期仔鱼发育时期的时序和形态特征。结果表明:斑鳜的成熟卵近圆球形,淡黄色,平均卵径为(1.76±0.08)mm;受精后5 min左右,卵膜吸水膨胀,平均卵膜径达(2.20±0.09)mm。在20℃温度条件下,孵化时间为189.33h。24℃温度条件下,初孵仔鱼平均全长(5.57±0.18)mm,具趋光性;3日龄仔鱼开始摄食,避光,进入混合营养期;5日龄时卵黄耗尽,6日龄时油球也完全消失。仔鱼全长y与日龄x成极显著的直线相关关系:y=0.4916x+5.7209(P<0.01)。
From 2011 to 2013, the whole process of early development of embryos and larvae of fertilized eggs of Siniperca scherzeri was continuously observed in Fujian Province, describing the timing and morphological features of the larval development from fertilized eggs to late larvae. The results showed that: The mature eggs of the mackerel were nearly spherical and yellowish with an average egg diameter of (1.76 ± 0.08) mm. After about 5 min after fertilization, the eggs swollen and the average egg diameter reached (2.20 ± 0.09) mm. Under the temperature of 20 ℃, incubation time was 189.33h. At 24 ℃, the average length of newly hatched larvae was (5.57 ± 0.18) mm, with phototaxis. The 3-day-old larvae started feeding and was protected from light and entered the mixed nutrition stage. The egg yolk was depleted on the 5th day, The ball also disappeared completely. The larval length of y had a significant linear correlation with age x: y = 0.4916x + 5.7209 (P <0.01).
