某港口一台岸边集装箱起重机的小车轨道因泊岸船舶误撞击,致使小车轨道局部形变,为分析研究岸边集装箱起重机的结构受力状态以及继续使用的可靠性,因此对起重机的主要承载构件进行静态应力分析和动态应力分析,对撞击部位附近的相关焊缝进行无损探伤检测,对同一截面小车轨道高低差以及小车轨道侧向直线度进行检测,最终完成对整机的安全性评价。
