本文对无气体保护磁驱动电弧对焊设备的电源部分、磁驱动部分、控制部分以及焊接参数监测等关键技术进行了研究,文中还对无气体保护磁驱动旋转电弧对焊过程和焊接参数对焊接质量的影响进行了分析,并推导出工件端部温度场计算公式和最佳焊接规范计算法。这些分析计算具有很大的实用价值.在这些研究的基础上,研制出一台无气体保护磁驱动旋转电弧对焊机,该机具有生产效率高、节能、焊接质量良好等特点。它适合于在大规模生产线上应用。
In this paper, the key technologies such as the power supply, magnetic drive, control and monitoring of welding parameters of gas-driven arc welding equipment with gas-driven arc welding are studied. In this paper, the key technologies of arc-welding, The influence of the quality is analyzed, and the calculation formula of the temperature field at the end of work piece and the calculation method of the best welding code are deduced. These analytical calculations have great practical value.Based on these researches, a non-gas-shielded arc-driven arc torch welding machine has been developed, which has the characteristics of high production efficiency, energy saving and good welding quality. It is suitable for use on a mass production line.
