案件简介原告中国农业银行广州A支行诉称:原告与B公司签订了《租赁合同》,约定原告承租广州市某商铺作为营业网点使用,原告需向出租人B公司支付保证金13万元,并约定B公司在租赁期满或解除合同之日将该保证金13万元免息退还原告。根据《租赁合同》约定,原告已向B公司支付保证金共计13万元。后来合同因出租方原因而解除。原告多次请求B公司退还上述保证金,B公司怠于履行。原告以租赁合同纠纷为由将B公司起诉至法院。2010年7月,法院判决B
Case Brief Plaintiff Agricultural Bank of China branch in Guangzhou A claimed that: the plaintiff and Company B signed a “lease contract”, agreed that the plaintiff rented a shop in Guangzhou City as a business outlet, the plaintiff to the lessor B company to pay a deposit of 130,000 yuan, and agreed Company B returned the plaintiff interest-free on the date of the lease expiration or termination of the contract.
