本文提出,当前创新企业文化建设,要以科学发展观为指导,坚持人本管理,具有超前意识。要重视发挥企业文化建设中的主体作用和主导作用,重视企业文化建设的积淀和创新发展过程,重视创新企业文化建设的载体,推进企业在和谐建设新形势下的科学发展。
This paper proposes that the current innovation and corporate culture, we must take the scientific concept of development as a guide, adhere to the people-based management, with advance awareness. Emphasis should be placed on giving play to the main role and leading role in the construction of enterprise culture, attaching importance to the accumulation, innovation and development of enterprise culture, attaching importance to the carrier of innovation in enterprise culture construction and promoting the scientific development of enterprises under the new situation of harmonious construction.
