课间加餐对学生学习疲劳是否有影响,我们对两所小学进行了实地调查,以便更好地指导学校开展此项工作。 1 对象与方法我们于1987年12月初在县城选择两所小学7~11岁五个年龄组共600名学生,作为调查对象。一所为实行课间加餐(主要食用包子、油饼、豆浆等,每天上午九时四十分用餐)已三年的小学(城关一小)为观察组,另一所为没有实行课间加餐的小学(城关二小)为对照组。每一年龄组中随机抽取60名学生(男女各半)作剂量作业试验,每天三次,分别为上午8点30分,中午11点30分和下午3点30分,连续三天。
Did the meal break have an impact on students’ learning fatigue, and we conducted field surveys of the two primary schools in order to better guide the schools to carry out this work. 1 Subjects and Methods In early December 1987, we selected a total of 600 students in five age groups of 7 to 11 in primary schools in the county as survey subjects. One of the primary schools (a small one in Chengguan), which has been serving three meals of food (mainly edible buns, oil cakes, soymilles and the like, dined daily at 9:40 am), was the observation team and the other one did not implement the course plus Primary school meal (Chengguan two small) for the control group. In each age group, 60 students (half male and half female) were randomly selected for dose operation test three times a day, at 8:30 AM, 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM for three consecutive days.
