随着重庆电力通信网的发展,尤其通过“十二五”通信规划项目的实施,目前主网运行各类业务已经形成了以光纤通信为主,微波、载波等多种通信方式并存的通信网络格局,并极大的满足了电力系统发展的需求,为各种电力业务的可靠传输提供了根本保证。但在10 k V及以下配用电通信方面,由于光纤建设成本高,实施难度大等多方面原因,依靠光纤通信来解决配用电的通信问题是不可行的,迫切需要寻求一种可靠的通信方式来解决其通信问题。本文从无线通信技术发展趋势以及重庆电网信息化建设面临的挑战等方面,重点介绍了采用LTE无线宽带技术在重庆电网的应用。本文研究基于LTE的无线网络在电力的应用可行性,从电力业务,如负荷控制、远程抄表、配网自动化和应急通信的承载需求,建站基础资源及建设方案等几个方面进行了讨论。

This article focuses on the application of LTE wireless broadband technology in Chongqing Power Grid from the development trend of wireless communication technology and the challenges faced by Chongqing Power Grid information construction. This paper studies the feasibility of wireless network based on LTE in electric power application, and discusses several aspects such as power service, such as load control, remote meter reading, distribution network automation and emergency communication load requirements, construction of basic resources and construction programs.
