随着高速公路建设的迅速发展,遇到的与膨胀土相关的工程问题也日益增多。文章以合肥北环高速公路建设项目为依托,采用室内实验方法,对路用膨胀土特性进行系统研究。试验表明,与“干法”击实路线相比“修正湿法”更加合理,满足路用填筑要求。同时根据实验结果提出了用EDTA滴定试验确定不同龄期的掺灰率;随着龄期增加灰剂量逐渐变小。掺灰率愈高的土EDTA耗量随龄期的变化与显著,反之亦然。可以通过EDTA标准滴定试验,建立了考虑灰计量随龄期衰减标准线。
With the rapid development of expressway construction, the engineering problems encountered with expansive soils are also increasing. Based on Hefei Beihuan Expressway construction project, the article uses indoor experiment method to systematically study the characteristics of expansive soil for roads. Experiments show that “wet method” is more reasonable compared with the “dry method” compaction route to meet the requirements of road filling. At the same time, according to the experimental results, the titration test of EDTA was put forward to determine the mixing ratio of ash at different ages. As the aging time increased, the dosage of ash gradually became smaller. The EDTA consumption of soil with higher ash content changes significantly with age and vice versa. EDTA standard titration test can be set up to consider the standard gray attenuation with age attenuation line.
