有效体育教学的核心是教学的效率,体育教师在一段时间的教学行为之后,达到了既定的教学目标,并且学生在各个方面获得了进步或发展,这样的教学才是有效的。有效体育教学是在新课程的实施下产生的一种教学行为。但从体育实践情况看,随着教学理念的不断深入以及教师对理念的落实参差不齐等因素,研究体育教学特征和影响因素去增进体育教学的有效性仍是一个焦点问题。论文对有效体育教学的内涵及相关概念做了界定,指出有效体育教学的特征,提出体育教学的影响因素有体育教学主题,体育教学客体,体育教学手段。
The core of effective physical education is the efficiency of teaching. After a certain period of teaching practice, PE teachers reach the established teaching goal and the students have made progress or development in all aspects. This teaching is effective. Effective physical education is a kind of teaching behavior produced under the implementation of the new curriculum. However, from the perspective of sports practice, with the continuous deepening of teaching philosophy and teachers’ uneven implementation of the concept, it is still a focal point to study the characteristics and influencing factors of physical education to improve the effectiveness of physical education. The paper defines the connotation and related concepts of effective physical education and points out the characteristics of effective physical education. It puts forward that the influencing factors of physical education include the theme of physical education, the object of physical education and the means of physical education.
