幼儿教师教学能力是幼儿教师专业素养的重要组成部分,然而目前我国并未建立起相应的幼儿教师教学能力专业标准,直接影响着幼儿教师教学能力的提高。本文首先从概念上厘清幼儿教师教学能力的内涵,进而指出建立幼儿教师教学能力标准体系的必要性,最后以相关的幼教文件为依据,尝试着在理论上构建起幼儿教师教学能力标准体系,以期为今后的幼儿教师教学能力发展提供借鉴。
Kindergarten teachers teaching ability is an important part of Kindergarten teachers ’professionalism.
