目的:研究复方中药功能饼干对小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:应用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和脾脏淋巴细胞转化(MTT)法观察复方中药功能饼干对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:复方中药功能饼干喂后2周,高、中剂量组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡血红细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数及高剂量组小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验均高于对照组,其差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。低剂量组小鼠吞噬百分率和吞噬指数及中、低剂量组小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验较对照组均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:复方中药功能饼干能增强小鼠ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化和巨噬细胞吞噬能力。
Objective: To study the immunomodulatory effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine functional biscuit on mice. Methods: The peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis and splenic lymphocyte transformation (MTT) method were used to observe the effect of functional Chinese medicine biscuit on immune function in mice. Results: The phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of chicken erythrocytes and the transformation of splenic lymphocytes in high-dose group were higher than those in control group The difference was significant (P <0.05). The percentage of phagocytosis and phagocytic index of mice in low dose group and the transformation of splenic lymphocytes in middle and low dose groups were not significantly different from those in control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The biscuit with Chinese traditional medicine can enhance ConA-induced splenic lymphocyte transformation and macrophage phagocytosis in mice.
