挖掘机电器系统是挖掘机的核心技术之一,对提高企业竞争力具有重要意义。本文以中型挖掘机的系统需求进行分析,确定了挖掘机电器控制系统的主要功能,确定了发动机控制电路、液压系统控制电路、传感器电路、应急电路和辅助电路的系统需求,借鉴工程机械电器设计方法,设计了挖掘机的电器控制系统原理图,包括控制系统、常规电路和应急电路的设计,选择了合适的传感器和控制器,建立了基于CAN总线的挖掘机控制系统,并根据各电器功能要求和整车的结构布局,完成整车线束图设计,为开发挖掘机的控制系统以及节能控制打下基础。
