目的建立安眠补脑糖浆的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中何首乌、五味子、远志、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相法(HPLC)测定制剂中大黄素的含量。结果薄层色谱法能定性检出何首乌、五味子、远志、甘草,斑点清晰,且阴性对照无干扰;高效液相色谱法测定大黄素在0.0519~0.519μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为97.7%(RSD=1.0%)。结论该法简便、快捷、结果准确,可有效控制安眠补脑糖浆的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard for sleeping pills. Methods The contents of emodin in Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Schisandra chinensis, Polygala tenuifolia and Glycyrrhiza uralensis were identified by TLC. The content of emodin in the preparations was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results TLC was able to detect Polygonum multiflorum, Fructus Schisandrae, Polygala tenuifolia and Glycyrrhiza uralensis with clear spots and no interference with the negative control. The linearity of emodin in the range of 0.0519-0.519 μg was determined by HPLC (r = 0.9998) The average recovery was 97.7% (RSD = 1.0%). Conclusion The method is simple, quick and accurate, which can effectively control the quality of sleeping pills.
