外腐蚀直接评价(ECDA)是对管道外腐蚀情况和防腐系统状况进行科学检测和评价的主要方法。其采用成熟的外检测技术对管道进行检测,通过对检测结果进行分析,确定管道维修的优先次序,从而避免维修的盲目性。描述了预评价、间接检测、直接检查和后评价4个步骤的执行过程。基于该方法的优点及国内检测技术与评价方法的发展现状,介绍了国内外ECDA技术的应用概况,指出国内在间接检测方法、数据积累等方面与国外尚存一定差距,同时指出尽快建立适合我国国情并与国际接轨的管道外腐蚀直接评价体系的必要性。
Direct External Corrosion Evaluation (ECDA) is the primary method of scientifically testing and evaluating the status of corrosion outside the pipeline and the condition of the corrosion protection system. The use of sophisticated external detection technology for pipeline testing, testing results through the analysis to determine the priority of pipeline maintenance, so as to avoid the blindness of maintenance. Describes the implementation of pre-evaluation, indirect testing, direct inspection and post-evaluation of the implementation of the four steps. Based on the advantages of this method and the current development of domestic detection techniques and evaluation methods, the application of ECDA technology at home and abroad is introduced. It is pointed out that there are still some gaps with foreign countries in terms of indirect detection methods and data accumulation. Meanwhile, National conditions and with the international standards of direct corrosion of pipelines outside the system of necessity.
