人事档案是人才信息的重要载体,是人才的主要信息源,是知人善任、选贤举能的重要工具。管好用好人事档案,对人才资源开发起着重要作用。随着我国人事制度改革力度的不断加大,事业单位的人事档案管理作用突显,但目前的档案管理存在不少问题,亟待改善,只有改善管理,才能提高人事档案的利用水平。
