Objective: To analyze the influence of nursing night nurses’ sleep time on the sleep condition of pediatric ICU nurses. Methods: One hundred and seventy years before and after the implementation of Nursing Nighttime Nursing, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to track the sleep status of 109 pediatric ICU nurses in our hospital. Results: The PSQI score of pediatric ICU nurse was (7.79 ± 1.43) before the implementation of nurse night-time sleep time, of which 60.73% of pediatric ICU nurses had sleep problems. Compared with pediatric general ward nurses, (P <0.01). Before PSNI score was compared between nurses and nurses, PSQI score was not significantly different between the two groups (P> 0.05) The scores of other factors were lower than those before intervention, suggesting that the intervention was effective. Conclusion: The quality of sleep of pediatric ICU nurses is lower than that of general ward nurses in pediatric practice. Ensuring the nighttime sleep time of nurses can significantly improve the quality of sleep of pediatric ICU nurses.
