目的观察水芹提取物对小鼠抗运动性疲劳的作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法采用YLS-10B转轮式疲劳仪制备昆明种小鼠疲劳模型,测定运动力竭时间、血乳酸、血尿素氮和肝组织中肝糖原含量,观察水芹提取物的抗疲劳作用;测定血清乳酸脱氢酶活性、全血中血红蛋白浓度以及氧化损伤指标血清丙二醛含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性,探讨水芹提取物抗疲劳作用的相关机制。结果水芹提取物可明显延长实验小鼠运动力竭时间、显著降低小鼠运动后血清血乳酸含量、轻度降低血清血尿素氮含量和提高小鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶活性、显著增加肝糖原的储备量、显著降低血清丙二醛含量、显著提高血清超氧化物歧化酶活性、显著提高全血中血红蛋白浓度。结论水芹提取物具有明显的抗疲劳作用,其抗疲劳机制可能与增加乳酸脱氢酶活性、增加肝糖原储备以及调节氧化应激反应有关。
Objective To observe the effect of water extract on anti-exercise fatigue in mice and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods The fatigue model of Kunming mice was established by YLS-10B rotary fatigue tester. The exercise time, blood lactic acid, blood urea nitrogen and hepatic glycogen content in liver were measured to observe the anti-fatigue effect of extract. Serum lactate dehydrogenase activity, whole blood hemoglobin concentration and oxidative damage indicators serum malondialdehyde content and superoxide dismutase activity, explore the anti-fatigue mechanism of the water extract of cress. Results Cress extract can significantly prolong exercise-induced exhaustion in mice, significantly reduce serum lactate in mice after exercise, slightly lower serum blood urea nitrogen and increase serum lactate dehydrogenase activity in mice significantly increased glycogen The original reserve, significantly lower serum malondialdehyde content, significantly increased serum superoxide dismutase activity, significantly increased hemoglobin concentration in whole blood. Conclusion Cress extract has a significant anti-fatigue effect, and its anti-fatigue mechanism may be related to increasing lactate dehydrogenase activity, increasing glycogen storage and regulating oxidative stress.
