对球形高压复合材料缠绕气瓶缠绕层结构进行了理论分析,并根据气瓶受力分析及其网格理论的计算方法,编制了一套计算软件程序,按此软件程序计算了气瓶缠绕层结构,利用ANSYS大型有限元程序建立气瓶缠绕层模型并进行了强度校核,经过鉴定试验分析,验证了气瓶缠绕层工艺结构设计的合理性。
According to the analysis of the cylinder’s force and the calculation method of the grid theory, a set of calculation software program is compiled, according to this software program, the calculation of the winding layer of the cylinder Structure, the model of cylinder wound layer was established by ANSYS large-scale finite element program and its strength was checked.
