本文从经济发展、社会进步、生活改善、环境外联四大方面构建辐射力评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法计算了2000、2005、2010年和2014年杭州各区县市辐射力;其次,用加权Voronoi方法分析了各区县市空间辐射范围及其动态变化。结果显示:区县市空间辐射范围与行政范围之比为中心城区>远郊区>近郊区;中心城区空间辐射范围逐渐减小,对杭州市的辐射带动作用提高。近郊区的空间辐射范围增长明显,与中心城区竞争能力逐渐增强。远郊区的空间辐射范围未有较大改变,即为中心城区>近郊区>远郊区。区域开始协调发展,市域一体化发展特征已初步显现。
This article constructs the index system of radiation evaluation from the four aspects of economic development, social progress, improvement of living and environmental outreach. The principal component analysis is used to calculate the radiation of counties in Hangzhou in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2014. Secondly, Weighted Voronoi method analyzes the spatial radiation range and its dynamic changes in all districts and counties. The results show that the ratio of radiation scope to administrative scope in districts and counties is central urban area> outer suburban area> suburban area; the scope of spatial radiation in central urban area is gradually reduced, which promotes the radiation effect of Hangzhou. Suburban space radiation range increased significantly, with the central city competitiveness gradually increased. The outer suburbs of the space radiation range has not changed much, that is the central city> suburbs> suburbs. The coordinated development of the region began, the characteristics of the integration of urban areas has begun to show.
