我们华北冶金矿建第二井巷公司马万水工程队自1977年开始使用S8型梭车,至今已12个年头了。1988年,我队在酒钢镜铁山矿施工,轨距均为900mm。但原有梭车均为600mm轨距。受资金和时间限制,我队不得不自己动手将梭车加以改造。第一次改造,想得简单,只在原600mm轨距转向架的基础上,加长轴的尺寸,其它部分未作大的变动。结果,由于受力不合理,最大弯矩大幅度增大,以致屡屡断轴。第二次改造,则在加长轴的尺寸的同时,将轴承、板簧置于轮组外侧,用箱体式装配。这样,使最大弯矩比原设计还小(附图),而且也便于

In 1988, our team built the Jingtishan Mine at Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. with a track gauge of 900mm. But the original shuttle are 600mm gauge. Limited by funding and time, our team had to rebuild the shuttle itself.
