本文利用二极管陈列分光光度计借助解联立方程的方法,在不分离的条件下同时测定胶囊中L-色氨酸及氯哌三唑酮的含量,方法简单快速,重现性好(CV<1%)。两组在测定波长246nm和278nm处标准曲线的相关系数均为1.0000,且系统精密度高,其变异系数在0.37-1.76%之间。两组分在两测定波长的回收率均为100%,无显著性差异(p<0.05,n=5)。实验结果表明,本法可用于测定复方氯哌三唑酮胶囊(含L-色氨酸及氯哌三唑酮)的组分含量以及生产过程中的质量检查。
In this paper, by using the diode display spectrophotometer, the content of L-tryptophan and chloral triadimefon in the capsule is determined simultaneously by the method of solving the simultaneous equations, the method is simple and fast and the reproducibility is good (CV < 1%). The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of the two groups at the wavelength of 246 nm and 278 nm were both 1.0000, and the system precision was high with a coefficient of variation of 0.37-1.76%. The recoveries of the two components were 100% at both wavelengths, with no significant difference (p <0.05, n = 5). The experimental results show that the method can be used to determine the content of compound cloverhitone capsules (including L-tryptophan and cloverhitone) and the quality inspection in the production process.
