本文提出了在氟化物熔盐中电解氧化物共析出高品位Y-Mg合金,再经真空蒸馏除Mg得海绵金属钇,真空熔铸制成纯度大于99%的高纯金属钇产品的全流程。并研究了各工艺过程的技术条件。
This paper presents the whole process of eutectic precipitation of high-grade Y-Mg alloy by electrolysis of oxides in molten salt of molten salt, vacuum evaporation of Mg to sponge yttrium, and vacuum melting to produce high-purity metal yttrium with purity over 99%. And studied the technical conditions of each process.
