在人事统计工作中,数据的质量保障体系、数据实时发布、数据挖掘、统计监督等工作有名无实,无法充分发挥人事统计工作的基础作用。人事统计是制定人事计划和政策的重要依据,是对人事工作实行科学化管理和检查监督的重要手段。为了适应人力资源管理的基本要求,就必须强化人事统计工作的基础地位。作为传统人事管理基础的人事统计工作也必须与时俱进,才能适应现代人力资源管理的更高要求。
In the work of personnel statistics, the quality assurance system of data, the real-time release of data, data mining, statistical supervision and so on are well-known and can not give full play to the basic role of personnel statistics. Personnel statistics is an important basis for formulating personnel plans and policies and is an important means of implementing scientific management and inspection and supervision of personnel work. In order to meet the basic requirements of human resources management, we must strengthen the basic position of personnel statistics. Personnel statistics as the basis of traditional personnel management must also keep pace with the times so as to meet the higher requirements of modern human resources management.
