高职院校导师制的实践探索仍处于起步阶段,在导师的职责定位、学生与导师的权利义务的界定,对导师的评价机制等方面存在着不足。要想切实提升导师制的效果,必须合理定位导师的工作职责,加强对学生的考核与激励,不断完善导师制的评价机制。通过整合与优化,构建有效的导师制运作模式。
The practical exploration of the tutor system in higher vocational colleges is still in its infancy. There are some shortcomings in the definition of the tutor’s duties and responsibilities, the definition of the rights and obligations of students and tutors, the evaluation mechanism of tutors, and so on. In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of the mentor system, we must properly locate the work responsibilities of the tutors, strengthen examination and motivation for the students, and constantly improve the tutor system evaluation mechanism. Through the integration and optimization, an effective mentoring system is constructed.
