为了更进一步改善锅炉炉墙保温性能和降低锅炉重量及成本,南京锅炉广与我校合作,用新型烧结微珠保温材料取代 DWL6—16—A 型快装锅炉原设计价昂的硅酸铝纤维板,并对原设计炉墙进行了相应地全面改造。通过第一台样机与原型炉墙散热损失的测定、估算及综合对比分析研究,可清楚看到综合保温改造效益显著。初步结论是:
