为了全面检阅1999年至2002年税收学术研究成果，进一步推动群众性的调研活动，中国税务学会与国家税务总局最近对全国税收学术研究成果进行了自中国税务学会成立以来的第四次评选。此次评选共评出著作类一等奖7本，二等奖10本，论文类一等奖40篇，二等奖93篇，三等奖91篇(略） In order to comprehensively review the tax academic research results from 1999 to 2002 and further promote mass research activities, the China Taxation Institute and the State Administration of Taxation recently conducted the fourth selection of the national taxation academic research achievements since the founding of the China Taxation Institute.
