十年前,我读完了我的第一本教师成长书籍《给教师的建议》,里面的很多教育哲理至今仍在深深地影响着我现在的教育教学,“教育应该因人而异,因材施教,才不会使那些落后的学生更差……”教育作为人类社会的一种现象,贯穿于整个人类社会的发展过程,自从有了教育,我们一直在反思着“教育”。关于教师成长的书籍也是琳琅满目,品种繁多,有的谈教育方法,有的谈教育哲学……种种心灵鸡汤在洗涤教师“灵魂”的同时,也让我们对教育有了更清醒的认识。
