目前,大部分供电企业都实行了绩效管理体系,但是,其对供电企业变电运行员工的绩效管理仍然存在着诸多的问题,对供电企业的持续健康发展造成一定的影响。本文主要对供电企业变电运行员工绩效管理存在的主要问题进行了分析,并针对这些问题提出了提高供电企业绩效管理水平的措施方法。
At present, most of the power supply companies have implemented the performance management system, however, there are still many problems in the performance management of the power supply enterprise substation employees, which will have a certain impact on the sustainable and healthy development of the power supply enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the main problems existing in performance management of substation workers in power supply enterprises and puts forward measures to improve the performance management of power supply enterprises against these problems.
