压降测试是了解和认识注水井油藏动态的重要手段之一,随着科技的进步,压降仪器向高精度、可视化、低能耗等方向延伸。本文主要基于解决石油勘探企业在压降测试中遇到的测量范围小、无法目视化等问题,而设计一种测量范围0到40MPa,电池供电模式的微功耗电子压力计。利用MSP430F449单片机为主控芯片,ADS8325作为模数转换器和液晶数字显示模块,具有低功耗、实时显示和数据存储回放等功能。
Pressure drop test is one of the important means to understand and recognize the dynamic of water injection wells. As science and technology advance, pressure drop instruments extend to high precision, visualization and low energy consumption. In this paper, a micro-power electronic pressure gauge with a measuring range of 0 to 40 MPa and a battery-powered mode is mainly designed to solve the problems of small measuring range and inability to visualize the pressure drop test encountered by petroleum exploration enterprises. Using MSP430F449 microcontroller as the master chip, ADS8325 as an analog-digital converter and LCD digital display module, with low power consumption, real-time display and data storage and playback functions.
