师德是指教师的道德品质,教师的自身形象对学生的发展具有强烈的外在示范性与内在的感染性。我们所面对的是一个个可塑的孩子,我们的道德品质潜移默化地影响孩子们的身心健康成长,教师的教育魅力,首先源于他是做人的楷模,教师的仪表、工作作风、言谈举止和良好习惯,都可铸就一个良好的师德形象,同时也是影响学生形成良好素质的动力,而良好言行举止的背后是师德。笔者认为,师德的根基是教师对学生的宽大胸怀和对教育事业的由衷热爱。
Teachers’ morality refers to the moral quality of teachers. Teachers’ own image has a strong external demonstration and intrinsic contagion to the students’ development. We are faced with a plastic child, our moral character subtly affect the children’s physical and mental health growth, teacher’s educational charm, first of all from his role model of man, teacher’s instrument, style of work, talkative manner and Good habits, can cast a good image of teacher morality, but also affect the students to form a good quality motivation, and good demeanor behind the virtues. The author believes that the foundation of teachers ’morality is the teachers’ broad-mindedness towards students and their sincere love for education.
