除了翰威特之外,国内外各种各样的雇主评比也以自己的标准为各大公司排定坐次。调研权重设置的不同使得调研所依据的数据指标和各项指标在最后评选分析中所占的主次轻重大相径庭。美国《财富》杂志的“最受欢迎雇主”调查在调研的侧重点与翰威特的系列最佳雇主调研比较相似,注重领导、公司管理、员工三方的反馈整体协同情况;《财富》中文版则是从人力资源主管的角度来评判最佳雇主,更加注重于公司人力资源管理体系及其运作;而中华英才网最近推出的“大学生心目中的最佳雇主”则是从大学生择业的角度出发,侧重在择业指导。
